Far Cry Predator...weak sauce?

I went and got Far Cry today from Best Buy, the single player is sweet great looking good playing, but I got on live to play some and it was horrible. Slow paced, lagging like crazy in every game I tried, and I don't think it's me. Hopefully their will be an update to make it better. Anyone else think the same?

I had some high hopes for this one, too, but, I was thinking about renting it first since GRAW has all of my attention right now...

That's good to hear. From many people that I know, they have had more lag issues than not with CoD2. But, that was before the update and I haven't talked with anyone about the results yet. Don't get me wrong, I know that CoD2's single player mode kicks ass!

It simply sounded familiar with how you described your experience on-line with Far Cry.

COD2 benefitted from an update so FC may receive the same treatment. Don't write it off yet.
