I preorder mine because the EB in my Town is the 3 busiest in Canada. They sell out of everything unless you preorder

i just spent $72 on NFS:MW and Oblivion....i might be able to scrap up another 70 for saints row....but it'll definately not be right away...my parents are kinda pissed that i'm not taking AP world history in school ... even though i'm takin 2 other honors classes... :P
maybe next week....i'll have 3 new games to play :) :)

you can have a lot of fun spending about $1000 dollars on pipebombs.... throw them under a cop car and the explosions in this game look amazing. more cop cars to throw them under then come! hurray

I've just finished playing online. Its good fun, but because its launch date there is no one on yet.That and the punk kids I was playing disconnected cause I was gattin their a$$es.

Nah it was in like a mini city. 4 buildings and some streets. Pretty cool. It was actually too big for the number of people playing

Really? what kind of glitches are you talking about. My big beefs with GTA were the god awful draw distance and the fact that the idiot main character couldn't get into a car half the time.
There have been a few minor graphic glitches but its still better than the GTA draw issue of "holy **** there's a wall there now! :cuss: "

exact same type of glitches that you're explaining....maybe I just got a bad copy of SR or you got a bad one of GTA :)

The draw distance for SR is pretty bad. "Oh wow....I could have sworn I was just driving on a road" or "That cop car must have lighting quick speed to have just appeared in front of me!"

Also, There have been very few instances in which I was stuck in between a car and a wall....I ended up having to kill myself.

The glitches aren't enough to take away from the awesomeness though.

I haven't really figured out why Saints row gets 8's from most review sites and GTA gets high 9's. GTA had bad graphics (even 3 did at the time), bad controls (Saints Rows aren't great either), and stupid glitches. Saints Row is easily a better game than any of the GTA's yet the gaming media seems to thing otherwise.
As far as the glitches go maybe I've just been lucky, the worst on that I had was in the demo a copy was going all crazy Mr Fantastic (fantastic four) style on the road. Looked like he was break dancing or something. Atleast it was a funny glitch

I had a glitch today when I was driving on the highway and this only heppens on the highway when the Road would go invisible and the come back.

You can say that again. I am working on the Carnales now. But I am not trying to beat the game too fast I am doing alot of activity and other things there is a lot to do in the game.
