Mercenaries 2: World In Flames release in August

I've been hearing that mercenaries 2 would release in april or around spring time, but now I've found out it's coming in august. I really wish it would have come out in spring since this is the biggest game for me this year.

I haven't heard anything about the release date getting pushed up, the last that I heard it was pushed back to Fiscal 2009. Which starts in April.

XD Mercenaries came out so fricken long ago, I'm guessing I was the only one that didn't like it xD

I've looked on a bunch of websites and the dates range from June 2008 to September 2008. The majority of the them said August 08 so I pretty much have no idea. :confused:

It'll come out when it's done. Why have something now when it's not going to be complete nor as quality as witing a bit longer.

I read somewhere that part of the problem was the two development companies merging (EA and .....can't remember....Pandemic maybe?). Supposedly the integrating of both companies while in mid-development caused some delays. Some other titles were pushed back as well. As long as it's good, it's fine with me. I'd rather wait longer for a finished game than play an unpolished version.
