Hellonearth159 might have a gameplay.co.uk plate to spare.
Dirt was a custom by Nato King.
I got my SoBe plate from the SoBe people when their website was down. It was $12 but they gave it to me.
Forza UK isn't too hard to get. TMNT is hard but not impossible. The other ones ARE impossible.

Well if you have extras then by all means sell one to him. I only have one :(
