Well we did this last month. (http://www.xboxaddict.com/forums/showthread.php?t=85887)

So what do you all think about the November releases? My choice for this month is Left 4 Dead. Gears of War put up some stiff competition, but I believe the originality and the sheer amount of fun to be had in L4D sets it apart from the rest.

Verdict:
Gears of War 2

Honorable Mentions:
Left 4 Dead
Call of Duty: World at War
Mirror's Edge

November was an awesome month, so many great games. My choice for GOTM is Gears of War 2, with the runner-ups of Left 4 Dead and Call of Duty: World at War.

I'm going to have to go with L4D over Gears2 just because it's great co-op and its frickin got ZOMBIES!

And for XBLA it's Street Fighter 2 HD obviously.

Lmao I have to agree, L4D looked much more hectic than gears.

My choice is Mirrors Edge. While I'm a huge 'Zombie'-genre fan, Mirrors Edge just is more innovative.

L4D is second regardless of the fact zombies aren't suppose to run..

Call of Duty: WaW takes third.

=/ They're not supposed to be able to breathe underwater or swim but dawn of the dead I believe defied that logic.

I don;t own L4D so I can't say with certainty that it's a 'must own', but it would definitely be between Gears 2 and Left 4 Dead. CoD5 is also fun for the Nazi Zombies mode.

It's a tough one, but Gears 2 has my vote. I love L4D, hell, Silent, Linkin and I played for about 5 hours the other night. Gears just has a little more to offer. Horde mode, Campaign, and online.

I loved Gears, Just haven't played it enough.

Have you not seen 28 Days later?

Yes I have, as well as 28 Weeks Later. They are not Zombies, they are infected with Rage.

are there guidelines for fictional beings?

Yes, of course!

I have to go with Gears 2. The campaign was a lblast in co-op and horde mode is unmatched period. The most fun you can have online and the most fun I have had online in a long time. But, you can't go wrong with any of the choices that are out either.

I'm gonna go with CoDWaW. Gears multiplayer was too hard to get into.
