I got it legitimately on every map expect the one where you have to use knives and explosives...but I was hungry for gamerpoints! For that one you just need to hide in a room and revive your teammate again and again until he knifes everyone down.
I was kind of dissapointed with how easy it was to get 1000/1000, not having any multiplayer achievements.
