Battlefield: Bad Company 2 demo on Live now

EA and DICE have released a demo of the sequal to the smash hit Battlefield:Bad Company today on Xbox Live exclusivlly for Gold members.

The demo features the fast paced "rush mode" on the Port Valdez map where you and your team must take control of valuable crates.

IMHO its ok kinda skinned from COD MW.. But its just the same with people rockin your world with 100% accuracy and your arse shootin blanks.. I didnt like it

If you didn't like the first one (myself included) then you won't like this one. I played it for a couple of hours last night and didn't enjoy it at all. Every gun lags. I can empty a entire clip in someone, and they can one shot me.

Canceling my pre-order now.

Finally tried the demo, seems very close to how BC1 played. I dunno, it was good but didn't really do anything for me, I don't need it day 1.

Yeah yeah we all know you already got it pre-ordered :P. I played it, couldn't really tell any difference between this one an the first one in the aspect of how it plays. Since I didn't get the first one I doubt I'll get this one. I think this year is the year for the RPG's I've set my eyes on FFXIII just waiting for square to announce a pre-order bonus or I'll just end up waiting a month or so and picking it up cheaper used.

I maxed out my progression on the demo and so far it doesn't seem much different from BF 1. I do like the variety of vehicles, mounted weapons, and large maps. The UAV is particularly fun. I think the shooting controls are a little loose, if they could tighten up the controls it would help with getting a sight picture on someone. I rented BF 1 but will probably buy BF2.

EA isn't even trying anymore. I know it is a demo, but I have never played a game riddled with so many bugs in my life.

I was going to get this game. Thank God the demo came out and changed my mind.

I've played it for a few days now, and I love it just like I loved the first one. This certainly isn't the kind of FPS to jump into if you're use to Halo or Call of Duty because they are nothing similar.

The game has a good feel to it, and in my opinion there's nothing more satisfying that killing people across map since you have to lead your shots. <3

I personally love the Battlefield series and this demo/game is no exception. I already have my copy bought and paid for and I will own at this one as well, LOL. Love the demo and so add me if you plan on buying this game please :)

I tried the demo again on my new T.V. last night. I retract my previous statement. I blame that opinion on my old crappy television.
This game is fun and looks sweet. Started destroying people with the sniper. I was playing with a friend and had a blast. I'm not a fan of the objectives in this demo, leads to way to much camping. Looking forward to the other modes.
