do you mean so you can use Live? if you do that, you'll need 2 ethernet cards and one crossover cable (or system link cable)... maybe you could clarify exactly why you want to connect it to the PC.
I have a question too I heard you can connect your Xbox to your computer to put MP3's on your hardisk is that true?If so, how?
