No, they're not individually numbered. They're all the same - even the fake ones look pretty much exactly like the real ones. Its just the packaging. On the real ones, it says "Not for retail sale" in small black print near the bottom. On the fake ones it says the same thing at the top in a big green dot.

Wait a sec. I know the packaging is different but I thought the 700 series one was carbon fiber on both the front and the back while the other one is white. Is that not the case? Well that's what I mean. I don't think there IS such a thing as a PGR3 knockoff. There are the limited ones and the promotional ones. The limited are more rare and more valuable, but the promotional ones aren't junk. They're still first party Microsoft plates.

it is clear. just buy one packaged with no green dot at the top. end of story. and i also looked everywhere about the pgr plates because i have one on the way. i read somewhere else also that the new one is not fully carbon fiber and the RARE one is.
