Looking for a South Park edition xbox console

I'm literally crazy about this console since I saw it.
Maybe I'm dreaming (I don't know how many of these exist) but some of you can help me!

I'm not in a hurry, I just need to have it sooner or later!!! :D

I've seen it on ebay 4 times in the last 12 months. The auctions ended for between $800 and $3300.

Dec 22, 2009 - South Park - $1,525.00
Jul 02, 2010 - South Park Signature Edition - $810.00

Probably going to be hard to find one for sale, but with the Christmas season coming up again, you will start to see a lot more special editions on Ebay so one might pop up.

Anyone knows how many of these have been created?

Well I'm not sure how many have been given away but it was given away to support their XBLA game on Oct 7th 2009.
