I've been using it with no problems
After the fans you won't,atleast the cpu fan. MS will notice the temp drop and power draw. They banned my friends, said it was running too cool and too much power was being used. trying to keep you from getting a banned system.
i dont see how MS can tell if ur drawing to much power and the talismoon whisper max has the same power draw as the OEM fan and what he could also do if they can tell is make those 2 other fans work on there own power suply but microsoft cant tell if ur systems temp is high or low it probably could only sense the power draw
The tailsmoon fans are fine, it's the fan on the cpu that they see. the temp drop.
I had taken those out, I didnt like them. I put new LED lights in there instead. Also my windows have gotten ruined, so they are being fixed & changed a little bit, will post new pictures soon.
08/03/08 UPDATE:
I had installed blue LEDs inside the 360 to light up the Lexan window. As I was putting the system back together, the bottom window fell out, so I tired to glue it back on & ruined the window by getting glue on it. So I had gotten new windows from mypainteffects & he also install them (thanks to mypainteffects for taking care of me). This time I got a plain regular window for the bottom so u can see the insides better. Here's pictures:

Soul... I was happy to do it. I felt bad that the window fell out in the first place. Hope you have no more problems, and I appreciate your business. Looks nice with the plain window, you can see the fan shroud better.
dude awesome i have been thinking of getting a whisper fan with blue or purple or both i may also get led bars with a remote any advice

My understanding is that yes, you can get banned for even visual mods. MS has a way of detecting over LIVE if there are any changes in the electrical consumption of the console. They don't know why, if it's visual or if it's performance, but it doesn't matter. It's a violation of the terms of service and they pull the plug on it. Rather, they CAN. It doesn't do it automatically (that I know of).
