I have access to 5-Axis CNC now. But I also have access to a CNC vertical Mill. Weeeee.... The fun stuff ill be doing in the future on my spare time!

Yes I can make a nice 360 controller in solid Aircraft Grade 6061 Aluminum. Need to find the blueprints. Or ill have to design it myself.

i would like to ask you guys a question. does anyone here run a website selling custom consoles? i want to set up my own website and sell my stuff. but i dont know much about it or if its worth it.
ive been selling on ebay for a few months, but its getting to be a pain. if anybody has any advice let me know. thanks.

It is really easy to customize XBOX 360. You can also customize the look of the Xbox 360 dashboard software by changing the colours of the guide backgrounds, changing the look of the content blades, and you can even use your own pictures as backgrounds. You can import pictures in a few different ways - attaching a digital camera to the 360 via the USB ports, burning photos to a CD, connecting to a Media Centre PC, or using any kind of other USB storage device.

Content blades? Umm are you talking about the "really, really" old dashboard that nobody has anymore?
