Have any of you guys seen this faceplate for the XBLA game, Madballs in Babo: Invasion?

I couldn't find it on the site and wanted to get it submitted to the long list of Commercial Faceplates, here:

Hi,

The database of faceplate Xbox 360 is finished.
The king of faceplate SpaceGhost2k stop his functions.
Pretty faceplate, you sell it ? (answer by post or by pm private message)
And welcome on xboxaddict.com, i believe.
For complete, you do have agreement for 4 the buttons "my" attached at your profile, and you must ask it at the Xboxaddict responsable.
But, when you have the 4 buttons with "yes" (you see it in your profile page, where you find the information on you as your vanilla game, click in your photo profile for access it) you can't submit for a new faceplate in faceplate database, closed.

Yeah, I've had to move on to other things so there won't be any more plates added to the database (I have at least another 100 in a folder that aren't in there). I've never seen this plate or even heard of the game.
