Tisch Comes To Take-Two
Video game publisher Take-Two Interactive Software Inc. on Thursday said it has appointed movie producer Steve Tisch, best known for the 1994 film "Forrest Gump," to its board of directors. Some of Tischs other notable films include "Snatch," "American History X" and "Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels." His family founded Loews Corp. (NYSE:LTR - news) He is also a principal of Classic Media, which owns a number of franchises including "Richie Rich" and "Mr. Magoo," Take-Two said. The New York-based publisher has been in the news of late both for accounting problems that led to a restatement of past financial results and for the smash success of its criminal adventure game "Grand Theft Auto 3" as well as other top-selling properties like "Max Payne."Source: http://www.xboxaddict.com/
