Anachronox on Xbox??
Earlier today Msxbox posted a bit of news regarding the possibility of Ion Storms upcoming title Anachronox to be ported over to the Xbox or the PS2. An article in the latest issue of the Post states that after its PC debut, Anachronox will probably be transferred to Playstation 2 or X-Box. Anachronox 2 will probably be developed for console only.After reading this fine piece of news we headed for the Anachrochat, an online chat session done once a month with a few of the fine peeps from over at Ion Storm attending. We asked them about the article from the Post and whether there was any validity to the consolation of Anachronox and Tom Hall - Game Designer of Anachronox had this to say.. "We have never made any official announcement about any console..."
Anachronox is the much anticipated RPG title powered by the Quake 2 engine. Development on Anox has been roughly four years due to the updating of the Quake2 engine for the specific use of Anox.
