"The Thing" Transforms to the Xbox
Computer Artworks and with the help of Konami and Universal Interactive Studios, will bring John Carpenters 1982 horror movie classic "The Thing" to the Xbox. It has been said the game will start right where the movie ended and also include state of the art character AI, 3D environments and landscapes, Hollywood cinematics, and a well put together storyline. William Latham, creative director of Computer Artworks made this comment about his companies exciting news.
"Computer Artworks is delighted to be selected by Universal Interactive Studios to bring this cult film to the world of games. Combined with Konamis huge marketing muscle we are looking forward to a dynamic chart success."
Release of this title is schedule for the first quarter of 2002. So for you young whipper snappers out there who werent old enough to see the movie and now are. Run dont walk to your local video store and check it out! Youll be glad that you did!
