Interview with Carl Schnurr
Daily Radar sat down with Microsofts Carl Schnurr and asked him some questions about the Xboxs snowboarding game, Amped. In the interview Schnurr explains how his game will stand out from all the rest. Here is a small clip:
DR: What elements do you feel will really separate Amped from the rest of the snowboarding crowd?CS: First off, Amped is all about freestyle--not competitions or racing. Were about the player using their creativity and skill to rip a trick-packed line from top to bottom of the mountain. Second, weve got an awesome career mode where you gain exposure by tricking in front of photographers, team managers, and the pros.
And weve got huge, real mountains that are packed with great stuff to trick off--not only will you recognize the resorts but you can take a different run every time. Do you take the powder-filled tree run and hit the cliffs or jib the cat-track lip and drop into the terrain park? Its up to you.
