No Splitsville for Microsoft
Bill Gates can sleep better now that a federal appeals court has overturned the ruling that told Microsoft to split up into two companies. This ruling also threw out the window, the idea that Microsoft attempted to monopolize the browser market, but Bill still isn’t out of the woods just yet. Microsoft was still found to have tried to maintain a monopoly in a 7-0 decision, so they must head on down to a lower court where they will come to a decision on how to deal with this issue.
