2 should i try and sell the glass axe or keep it for later use

1) The House of Earthly Delights is in Suran. You can get there by the silt strider in several locations, namely Balmora.

2) It depends. Are you good at axes? If so, keep it. But I would say sell it whether or not you are good at it, because it's worth a pretty penny.

3) Jeanne, the trader, has a shop in the foreign quarter (western canalworks) in Vivec. That's where you want to go.
