I was just wondering about how good links is. I always think wow this game looks good (when it comes to golfing games) and then they suck.

It's a great game - I think it's better than Tiger Woods and to play it on Live and use XSN is an even bigger seller.

The DDC is running a 10 week "Tour" where the winner gets a free game, so I've been getting my guy jacked for that. You have to earn points offline (or online playing different gametypes for $$) to build up your characters strengths.

It's a near perfect sim with a bit of arcade-iness to it that makes it interesting enough not to fall asleep with it (even though I've done that already, but I blame that on the vino).

If you like Golf and a fun and relaxing game, do it man, you won't be disappointed. Great fun with friends and stranger alike. Gameplay is a breeze yet it will leave you wanting more and more. I say go for it man, if you like golf, tourny oportunities or just want a fun game this ones for you.

has anyone really tried both tiger woods and links because i am not into golf or even golf games but what are the differences. Every magazine and website even OXM give tiger woods a really high score and links a good but mediocreish score.

Well ive played both tiger and links, links is more straight forward no crap golf graphix are beautifull and the players look very good
id give this game a 9 out of 10 for golf fames i think it smokes
tiger woods but thats just me
