why does it have to be from UK spacey and my paint effects even artist pave would gladly ship cross continents also spacey swamped so ask mypainteffects he has some amazing stuff check his customs thread

A lot of the customs around here (Well, only SpaceGhost2K's) can be found in this thread - including Jak's avatar.
The price depends on the complexity of the custom and the artist doing it - check out the threads here in the customizers corner to see people's work and find a style you like. Then I'd get in contact with the user to discuss what they charge and if they can create what you have in mind.

umm ask spacey or my paint effects spacey (spaceghost2k) charges aroung 45 usd and artist pavel charges 200usd but his are insane pieces of art i am unsure about my paint effects but my avatar plate was made by space customized with my first name on it here is a larger picture
