Yay for more girls!!! I don't collect faceplates but I lurk around here and its good to have more on my team. So welcome, have a look around, the last couple of days nobody has been on here - i suspect they are all playing GTAIV but I could be wrong.

I used to be in California too! A big part of my video game collection is still stored there in my house..anyways..glad to know that there are more girls here..

I understand people have jobs too. Don't get upset The forums have just been dead for a couple of days. Leaving me with nothing to read, so, being the hardcore gamer that I am, I've been adding points to my gamerscore with Open Season... I mean. uh.. Death Mutant Zombie Slayers 5.

I would but I get scared. It is much safer here. I have ventured outside a few times but my posts always went ignored. Nobody wanted to respond to me and it hurt my feelings Plus I have seen people be a little rude to some of us while I was surfing around the forum because we are those faceplate weirdos. I would much rather stay here where I am loved

It's not too bad outside these faceplate walls... although your rep will take a beating. I'm considering joining Ballintology - I hear Ballzu is pretty awesome (check out the off-topic lounge if you don't understand any of that).
Oh and welcome wasabisabi! We're a fun little group. As you can see, pretty much every thread in the Faceplate area of XBA is doomed to going off on a tangent in one way or another. Just roll with it and don't take any comment too seriously and you'll fit in nicely.

The COD 2 faceplate is fake (although the fakes look exactly the same as the real ones so there isn't really a difference) and the PGR 3 isn't one of the 700 limited ones. All of those faceplates are pretty common. For $150... maybe - if you bought them individually on eBay it would probably cost more with shipping and all that. $325 is a joke though.

I spent way more time on the computer than I should have... and that was when I only went to ONE forum. Now I have my original home teamxbox, my new home xboxaddict AND the MVP forums at xbox.com. PLUS I have to keep an eye open for eBay, hawtymcbloggy and Knuckle's blog at roosterteeth. There's just not enough time in the day to add more casual/gaming forums.

The angry sign was at the going to work thing, not you, I love everyone in the faceplate forum, you guys are so cool, it's hard to find people who collect faceplates.

As for other forums, I'v been hittin up some of the others as of late, not to bad, this is a great site.

That must have posted while I was writing mine because I missed it.

He's dead on with what he says. $150 plus $25 s/h isn't bad for those plates, but I have a hunch that it won't top his reserve. I wouldn't go any higher, so you might PM him an offer back of the opening bid and no more.
