Yes, there is a downside.

They cost .40 each, and I have to buy 5,000 of them.

That's right, I can get a whole bunch - enough for everybody who wants them, most likely, but it's going to require a $2,000 investment.

Which means, I'm not doing it. But I thought I would post this on the slim chance that someone in here would want to, and have the means to, buy $2,000 worth of faceplate covers.

I only need 150 of them, which is $60 worth.

Also, I would assume that's just the cost of the items and not shipping, which would be extra.

I'd be in for 200... maybe more (I haven't actually ever counted!)
Even with all of the regulars here I don't think we'd get close to 5000 - that's a pretty insane number.
