i had a defected controller so i sent it back on the 1st of this month. has anyone else had to do this? about when should i expect my new one? i live about 7 hours from the return center.

I have not had to send anything back, but from reading posts on MXP depending on who you believe (realize it is unmoderated) it is anything form a couple days to a couple weeks.

yea u got it BACK today. i am kind of dissapointed because all they did was give me MY controller. all they did was unjam the a button. there were still problems and now theres a new one. the start button.. sheesh. i just wasted 5 bucks to send that back...
