what happened to Gamefaqs? +DOA3 problem

I love their message boards, since they have a board for every single game. Amazing!


I was posting things about DOA3 in the DOA3 board.

My problem in DOA3 is that I cannot save Kasumi's C3 costume!!!
I do all the sparring, get the costume, and the next time i turn on my xbox, all my sparring excercises return to zero, and I lose Kasumi's C3!!! I tried force saving by going into survival, and options and making some changes and exititing. But it doesnt work! it doesnt save!!!

I think I just did a save settings from the option menu after I did the training exercise. I think it saved it.

Seems as though gamefaqs.com is down as of now. It was most probably hacked into, im sure its being taken care. Though I do love that site myself

there is no "save" option in the options.
It autosaves when you leave options.

It doesnt save! ARRRGGGHHHhhh.........

Give me a step by step intructions to save my Kasumi C3!

very very simple

just unlock the costume as you do as usual, then go to the options menu

after that, you press b and it will automatically save any changes you made along with the costume

at least i think that is it, i was surprised too after i unlocked it and had to do it reptitively

besides, the DOA3 booster disc gives kasumi 2 more costumes so you aren't missing too much with that 3rd costume

that is if you have the booster disc...

Well I was half right. I forgot that it just autosaves it.

so you mean it DOESNT save the sparring data?

it just saves the costume after you get it??

So if you complete half of the characters sparring exercise save, and turn off, then turn back on, you will have to redo all the exercises again?!

they just moved their servers again...they are back up and working as of now, but they might be off and on a few days to make sure everything works correctly.
