How do upgrade weapons via comboing in GunValkyrie?

Hi,

I know that with every 8 combos you do your weapon kinda is a bit more powerful as your doing that combo. well, i nuderstand this with the heat gun, but how do i do it with the drive gun, and sabs gun? The drive gun and sabs gun send you into a kind of hover.... and well the combos cancel when you go into the kind of hover....so the weapon aint powerful

so.......... can the drive gun and sabs gun benifit from the weapon upgrade via combo thing or not?

The Drive gun does cancel your combos, and there's really nothing to be done about it. I only rarely used the drive gun, as I don't think it's nearly as useful as the heat blaster.

The matchlock cannon does not cancel your combos, however.
