Join us in developing the business plan for the Xbox Entertainment Network. The XEN will be a premium subscription for the Xbox Online platform. It will target massive audiences and take advantage of the new distribution medium that the console infrastructure provides.
A unique opportunity is coming to us in aggregating content and consumers to produce critical mass for a vast amount of interactive experiences. We are currently going through the first stages of our consumer research, trying to understand what the interactive experiences that resonate most with massive audiences are, and how to package them in coherent channels.
The director of business planning will drive the strategic planning process and create and own the business model for the network. This person will be in charge of framing all the current ideas into a coherent and money making business plan, and evolving the business model over the time.
The candidate must show extensive experience in strategic product and business planning. Minimum 5 years in similar positions.
