anyone know if a company like madcats is making a dvd remote?

I was wondering if any third party company is making a dvd remote cause they are always cheaper, i don't really want to pay 50$ canadian for a remote

i dunno... because the microsoft dvd remote has some kind of code in it to unlock the dvd features... and who knows if microsoft will give this out to 3rd party.

Yeah. Cause I guess Microsoft pays the dvd license fee with the remote. My guess would be definetly no 3rd party remote.
