Thread: Xbox Lan play

    Default Xbox Lan play

Is there an outside chance that link play between 2 xboxes could have it so only 1 xbox needed the game?

I think its a good question. Hell they did it for the game boy advance. Shoot man that would be down right cool if it did.

But the probability of it happening is 0.00314%

I don't care. if i had to buy 2 goldeneye's and hook them up, i would. I don't think any of you realize how much ass this will kick. Playing online is fun, but it's thousands of times better when you're in the same room as your opponent. I have been lovin that since i did it on decent at my middle school.
As cool as the other side of the pillow.

yeah but it would save a little bit of cash/planning if someone didnt have to go rent the game. All i know is that i hope Blockbuster and Hollywood video have games to rent on launch day.

The answer is NO. Even some drivers for the hardware ship on the DVD. A game disk will be necessary on every LAN node.
