jsrf - need help

rokkaku-dai heights. i cant get over to the other (higher) side. i done all the gal's tasks nw i am stuck how to get to the other side. i need step by step as i am a bit thick.

ah! ok. i think that you found rhyth on top of the warehouse building. ok, grind on a telephone pole that is slanted and is close to a wall. and when u get on top of the pole, jump and you will land a wall grind, from that wall grind, jump and you will land on another pole and so on, until you reach the platforms. then do it again until you reach a chimney type building. then from there its pretty self-explanatory. just grind the side to get the last tag at the top!
