Need help with a couple things please

Would like to know where can I get a Cure Paralyzation spell, and the higher up summon spells,..Gold Saint and Deadra. I've been to Telbranora and went to the top of the tower and killed the guy who has on the Magika Robe, is there anybody else that sells it? Didn't know he had it till later, if infact he is the one?

I wanted to get up that chute thing in that tower but I didnt have levitate at the time...now I have to go all the way back...

It is a special robe or what? I have a Shockeater robe already...is that what he was?

The guy up in Tel Branora is the only guy I've seen so far (and I've seen quite a few spell sellers) that sells the high-level summoning spells.

Also, I don't remember seeing a cure paralyzation spell but I've never really been looking for one to tell you the truth. I usually just carry a couple of cure paralyzation potions instead. If you're paralyzed, you can't cast a spell now can ya! Unless you wanted to cure someones paralyzation, then thats different.
