Warranty?

Hey I have question, what kind of warranty comes with the Xbox, what are the terms and how long does it last? Thanx

Well i live in the UK and get a year as standard, which is enough for me...so no need to buy extra warranty
in the UK, you can get the extra warranty for £30, which is for an extra 2 years

I believe the default American warranty is 90 days from date of purchase. The extra warranty is $50 for an additional 2 years of coverage. Pretty sure that's right.

Yep, 90 days from the date *registered,* in mu experience. i bought mine off somoene ese,. He hadn't registered it, so I did, and that counted as my date of purchase. I don't know how long he had it...
Anyways, I just bought the extended warranty the other day. It was $24.95 for ONE YEAR extended warranty, and $49.95 for 2 years. I went ahead witht he one year. I asked the girl, and she said that you could add another year or two while you're in one warranty. So, if I decided to put another year on right before my extended warranty is out, I could. Hope this answered some of your questions!
