Default Boots of Blinding Speed: HELP!

I have searched literally hours for these boots and I can not find the woman that has them anywhere.

I start in Caldera and begin running north west along the paths. If anyone knows an easy way to find her please tell me.

I have ran from Caldera to Gnisis and Caldera to Ald Ruhn and encountered:
    1) A naked barbarian looking for his axe
    2) A witch
    3) A paralysed barbarian
    4) A merchant who wants me to deliver shirts
    5) And a woman whose animal got stolen by mudcrabs

But I have not found this woman with the shoes. Where is she? What region is she in? West Gash? Ashland? Please help....

the boots are called blinding speed because they blind you. they are prettymuch useless becaue u cant see anything. they are usefull for me because im a vampire and i need to get places before the sun comes out. i forget where to find them though i remeber she was on the road though. i belive she is a redguard woman.

ok heres the exact directions as i can get Go to Caldera, leave town going west. you will pass the naked barbarian first, and soon after u run into a woman with shinty boots. talk to her escort her, or kill her on the spot. youll get the boot either way. all i did since im a warrior is just turned the brightness up on my tv and i can see just fine, or get the cuirass of Savior's Hide go to Tel Fyr, upstairs in the Hall of Fyr its in a closet w/ 100 lock, this will make u imune to the blindess or some of it so u can see better.

OK these are the exact directions. Follow the signs for the main Ald'ruhn out of Caldera, and you'll run into a merchant named Pemenie. She will offer you the boots if only you escort her to Gnaar Mok.

That is not always the case. My character has a natural resistance to magicka 50%, so the boots only half blind me. I wear them just about everywhere I go!

Nope it's an constant effect. and if you've gotten the 100% blind out of your way. I salute you.

I've heard some people making a item 'Resist Magic (place percent here)' and then it will allow you to see a little bit, since the Magic's the one that's making you blind.

That is exactly correct. If you enchant an amulet for resist magicka 50% constant effect then you will be able to see 50% better....etc...

Yeah, I have this Curiass that is Constant Effect that Resist's Magicka up to 60%. I find it very helpful when fighting people with enchanted weapons or plundering Ancesteral Tombs, Dungeons, etc.

Is it possible to enchant boots with that much speed? So there is no blindness at all?

Uh, probably...I dunno. You'd have to make a Fortify Speed for whatever spell, and then enchant some boots. Uh...you'd need it constant effect too. It would be much easier I think just go get the boots.

Didn't someone say on here somewhere that they used these with constant effect nighteye (or whatever it is) to eliminate the blindness? That might work.

hmm...maybe. that would make it less dark so you should be able to see.

I think it would be easy to just make new boots without blindness so you can use an armor other than that 60% resist magika.
