Is there any headphones that will work with xbox?

are there any pairs out there that will work with a inexpensive pari of headphones, like is there a converter that converts rca to stereo.i know it wont be 5.1 sound but the tv isnt 5.1.let me know anything would be helpful.

Sony makes very similiar headphones in 5.1 surround and cordless. Kind of wierd buying from both comanies like that though.
