A couple questions...

1) Is there an easy way to restore charges on an item? Other than resting/healing?

2) Is there a point in the blades quest where you join one of the three houses or do you just do it whenever you want.

Oh and one more question:
What is the VB code to for center alignment?
I've tried [align=center] [/align] and it didn't work.

1. That's probably the easiest way. If your Enchantment skill is decent and you have a bunch of common Soul Gems and an item or spell with Soul Trap, you could catch a bunch of souls and recharge them that way. Just highlight them, press A, and choose the recharge option.

2. Not really. You will have dealings with all three houses, but you don't have to join one.
