Default Are some arrows better than others?

Does the damage caused by non-magical arrows differ depending on the material that it's made out of? (ex: are glass arrows better than steel arrows?)

Absolutely. Generally the cost of the arrow will indicate more damage.

Personally, as an archer I used mainly iron arrows for a long time to increase my level. I only keep the higher-priced (non-magical) arrows around when I need to kill someone or do max damage at range quickly.

You can use any type of Arrow with any Type of bow...Except for if you're using a Crossbow, then you must use Bolts.
