Icarian Flight scrols/spell?

Hey guys, I have run across the Scroll of Icarian Flight (fortify acrobatics 1,000 pts) a few times. But does a SPELL of Icarian Flight exist? If so, can someone tell me where and who they got it from?

no but you can make your own spell.

How the hell can I make a spell to LOCK doors?

Has anyone done this? I'[ve been racking my brains like crazy--cant think of nuthin'.

you cant actually "make it" but you can buy it. You can go to a person that has spellmaking and change the spell to your liking. Just look around the mages guilds. You can get some scrolls in the vivec mages guild.
