Bonelord or Vampire?

I recently went into this cave, northwest of Hla Oad, and north of the Daedric Ruins, called Shal. I killed two skeletons and then I saw a bonelord. I only found out it was a bonelord after I killed it, but first I thought it was a vampire. Do bonelords and vampires look alike? Or are vampires completely different? Because at the loading scenes, where it say 'Beware of Vampires. If you fight with one, you too may become diseased.', there are these skeletons with robes and four arms. I thought those were vampires.

Nah, Vampires look like player characters (regular, civilized races). Only they're pale, their eyes are white, and their voices are distorted.

This is, of course, not to be confused with Ash Vampires, which are high level minions of Dagoth Ur. They look like big Dunmer with oversized golden masks.
