No you are correct. I could just use a Shock Damage or something else..but there is also just a "Drain Health" Spell. I want to enchant my Daedric Washazaki...with it.
hmmm... i know i have that spell but i dont remember where i got it, go to every mages guild in vardenfall by using the mages guild transportation, thats USUALLY where i buy my spells and im thats where i bought the drain health spell. In Sadrith Mora they have the best spells (not necessarily in the Mages Guild, but throughout the city, people have very good spells). hope you find it, if not, sorry i couldnt help.

Go to Balmora.....go to the temple....
on the very bottom level, on the right and around the corner is some guy named something Hlaluu or something (same as the Great House).....
he has an absorb and damage health.....if not both though, i know he has one....
