How do you get a house stronghold?

how do you get a stronghold. I am not a member of any house. Which one is best?

you get a strong hold buy getting really high reank in your house

i think you choose where to put it and how big but it takes a little while to biuld i think

Heres a little tip if your a member of house hlallu go kill orvas dren. Talk to his brother in ebonheart, he will make you high enough rank to get a stronghold. Then go to balmora talk to driler and get it started.

Dren Plantation, in Dren's villa at the top. He has some very good stuff in his plantation, you could make lots of $$

after u get a high enough rank in a guild u talk to someone in the house about strongholds. somone will make u give them some money and get a contract. after that when u sleep for a fw days ull get a journal entry. the first stage of your stronhold is complete. then you end up doing 2 other tasks to get the stronghold bigger.
