okay ,,, I bought the game the day it came out. Since then I've logged in about 15 hours playing time. some quick thoughts on it.

no qualifying ... bummer
tons of cars and mods... wtg
tracks are narrow the cars seem to big.... bummer
A.I doesnt take you out from behind ... wtg
there's an odd feeling about the tracks very closed in ,,,bummer
sense of ownership as the car develops... wtg
had a bug.. sold a car for $40,000 i got $400,000.. bummer
I havent been able to stop playing once i get started there always that next car I want,,wtg
once i try the time attack mode i'll post a full review

Have you guys seen the bottle of NOS you can buy in the used parts shop????? Its sweet.... when I drag the RX7 i bought the NOS bottle flashes on the screen. Really SWEET!!!!!

took me about 4 runs to get it. Try shifting actually with that car they give you forgot what one it was lotus maybe,, you have to slow down a bit to go fast if that makes sense. take the corners real slow and make them wide as possible.

The AI isnt all that fast either. In the last race of the 2nd season ive used a Honda S2000 to beat a Dodge Viper.
the tracks are bland.and boxed in.The lighting isn't that good. You always seem to be racing at dusk.
Cars look cellshaded at times.
no where does it say how you win the special prize for event races.
I expected much more out of this game ,then what they gave us.

hmmmm, i got up to 700+ HP with the GT Concept, how did you get 840hp? or does this option come after A license?

yes once you get the SS license you get some more go-fast goodies. after clearing a few stages

I went through it without trying to get a better ranking for each license I wonder if I missed anything

for each license you earn there ranking 1 thru 5 ,,,5 being the least.

a faster time will get you a lower ranking.
What i did was go and earn the next license before i tried to better the rank with the current license i had.

hmmm, i see what you are saying, i havent really paid too much attention to it as long as i get the damn license, lol, but you might be on to something, better you rank the harder the AI gets? possible more upgrades faster? *shrug*

could just be making something out of nothing, hell could just be for own bragging rights, that YAY that you say when you get the license, who knows

still the goals in this game dont make any sense?
