okay i think i figured it out
you have to sandbag the first lap,, then come back and take first
thats how I finally got the MR2
it was a 2 lap race with 4 cars. I stayed in the back till the 2nd lap then took first, and viola !! special prize!!

It never worked for me. It did work if I finished in second though. There must be something wrong with me .

Here's how it goes... if you start off the first lap and you are 6 after the first lap.. you just have to be 3rd for the prize... 5th you have to be second and 4 you have to be 1st... get it... ?? hopefully that my help some of you!
