I think you meant to say Rare. Rage is an entirely different company.

British developer Rare, the legendary studio founded by the Stamper brothers, is thought to have been bought by Microsoft in a deal worth between £250 million and £350 million – with an official announcement expected at X02 in Seville later this month.

Once you read it, the story says "is thought to have been bought" and "official announcement expected" which means its NOT final and we really need people to stop posting these messages on the boards if nothing is confirmed yet.
