Its probably when they ship the starter kits. If you recieve your kit before November 15th and your not a Beta Tester, then the kit probably won't allow you access until November 15.

remeber back at launch many people got halo before there xboxs.

what does that have to do with anything i got halo 2 weeks before but the stores didnt have xboxes yet

it is the same thing.. if you get the headset early but the network won't let you on till 11/15 then the headset doesn't do you a lot of good.

same happened at launch.. you had a game but no console to play it on.
