Splinter Cell not Xbox Exclusive?

This article/interview with the developers states they are developing Splinter Cell for 4 platforms. I thought it was an Xbox Exclusive.

Yes its not an Xbox exclusive. It also come out for the PC a week later. This is not a PC port. SPC was built from the ground up to take advantage of the Xbox hardware.

it'll probably look almost the same on the GC but xbox will be just a touch better...the real difference will be when ya compare the xbox to ps2 version

I doubt it will look close to xbox on gc. That is like saying an oldsmobile is suprememly close to the luxury of a Bently.

When IGN does it's 3 system comparison (maybe four if they include PC) then we will know which is the better system. After having read their latest one, about Turok, it seems that Xbox can't be beat as long as devs are willing to take time to implement the Xbox specific graphical and aureal touches to each game. They said it's completely useless to play the game on PS2, and if you don't have a box the GC version is an alright alternative. However, NOTHING can really beat the Xbox Xperiance when compared. Everything about the Xbox version is leaps and bounds above the rest... I kinda doubt that SC will be the same accross all platforms.
