ship date from EB

does anyone have any idea if EB usually ships on the release date or if they ship out early to have it delivered closer to the release date? i don't want to wait longer than i have to!!! i have finals coming up and i want to get my xbox before then so i have something to blame my low grades on

i order from eb all the time and i have never had an order come late... they have allways gotten to me the day that the product was out in local stores... eb is a good company.

According to their own people, they will ship on the 14th. If you paid for next day delivery, then you willl get yours on the 15th, if not, you will get it on the 16th.

I called their 1 800 help number that is shown when you check the status of your order.

to be honest, i am really glad I opted for the next day shipping. I would have thought everyone would have....

every pre order that i have made b4 came on time wether i did next day or not so i didn't think it was gonna be a problem... o well... 1 more day is worth it for halo and besides if i get it on a friday i can play for at least 48 hours striaght

You might wanna call and ask. They might still ship it to you on the 15th, if not, you can always change you shipping rate over the phone to overnight - that way insuring delivery on the 15th.

i just got an email saying it has been shipped so 2 day air = the 15... boo yahh... woohooo.... let the xtreme anticipation comence!!!!!!!

i just checked and it said that mine was shipped as well, not in ups's file though, so it must be sitting on a truck.
