NBA ID2003 question...

i played a little of this game and really liked it...but i have a question...how is the fanchise mode this year?

when you trade for other players can u just trade for anyone? like vince carter for some no name? or do they try to keep it as real as possible??

also signing players, when u sign do u have to pick how many years, how much $$$, ect.?

if anyone has it, please let me know

I got NBA 2k3 myself...

I had ID2002 ...
