Names of Halo Levels?

I was just wondering, how do you know when you start a new level, and you aren't just in a sub-level? Do new levels start after you see a loading screen?

Yes. ... and a chapter is when the black bars are on the top and bottom of the screen...I think.

That's right. You'll go to "cut-scene" movie that will lead you into the next mission.

Sorry, thats not always true. Sometimes the two black bars come up in the middle of a level. How you know for sure is when the black bars come up and it says the level name in white letters.

After the load screens, you begin a new LEVEL. Inside each level are anywhere from 2 to 4 CHAPTERS. You'll know you are beginning a new chapter of a level when you get a cinematic with the chapter name in the lower right.

When the new levels load, the names also appear in the lower right.

Load screen = New Level
No load screen = New Chapter Within the Same Level
