I found that nfl 2k3 has really slow gameplay and really frustrating to catch the ball, Right now i want to buy nhl 2k3 and nba 2k3, are they really fun? And do they get frustrating at times? Thanx for ur help in advance.

You have to learn how to catch the ball...2k3 takes mad skillz. It's not a 'kiddie' game like Madden where it's nearly impossible to throw an incomplete pass.

yea catching a pass in nfl 2k3 can be ridiculous...

nba2k3 is a good basketball game...hard to play online as it seems like fools just go for layups/dunks nearly every single time down the court...

rent it, see if you like it...ifu have xbox live, you really wont be dissapointed

What i meant is i wouuld be open and the players would never catch the ball even when there wide open. I have the game so im trying to get good at it so i just wanted to ask if Nhl and nba 2k3 were good or not.

The part I hated about NFL 2K3 was that awful announcer and the fact that you can not customize the camera angle. 2K3 is grossly overrated. Even Sega admitted total defeat to Madden in sales. (I posted a link in another thread).

As for NBA 2K3 the only thing I didn't like was you can not create a team and use them in season or franchise. Other than that it's a good game.

I'm probably going to buy NHL 2K3 this weekend. I've read some good reviews on it.

is nba2k3 passing slow cause ive been hearing alot of people say that, when i threw the ball in NFL2k3 it would float in the air and would be slow. Is nba a fun game to play and learn how to play easy.

NBA2k3 is way better then Live it has a learning curve but its way better.

On 2k3, you can go into options and turn the gameplay on to fast...

Anyway, the passing is so bad, 75% it would be a fumble.

NBA2K3 people always going for dunks and layups yes thats part of the game you know but to counter act that you do something called develope some skills and learn defence

try maximum passing it allows for pressure sensitive passsing the longer you hold down the button for your receiver the harder the QB throws it then you can lead the receiver with the left stick also throw inside or out or throw a lob pass. Then once you throw it take control of your receiver with the B button and get him to go for the ball. Your doing something wrong if you can't catch a pass if your receiver is wide open. I play with the raiders and Gannon comp.% is 61% and averages 21yds per comp.

One more thing I do a lot of risky plays like I'll throw the ball when I'm 4th and 30 stuff like that so I think my stats would be better if I played smart. I play on the pro default level.
