Splinter Cell 1st Level. PLEASE HELP!!!

I have gotten to the part where i have to use the gurenidze computer info to get into the police precinct. I have killed all the guys around that area and i cant find the police precinct. even if i did find it, there are like no doors to go in here. my notes say something about a keypad combination to get into the police precninct basement but i cant find. help me!!!!

you have to jump over a wall to get into the precint. you'll know where to jump when you see a trash can up against it.
